MFT's March Shop Hop

The MFT Shop Hop is one of my favorite events each month, I just LOVE clicking through to see what everyone has put together to celebrate the availability of the latest goodies. You're always assured a smattering of all the different stamp sets. If you didn't start up at Kim's blog, you'll want to start up there so that you don't miss a thing.

If you came here from Jessie's blog, then you're just in the right place! If not, I'll wait for you.. (grins...)

Tonight, I've got a card to share using MFT's Who's That Birthday Girl - really as a cardmaker is there any occasion for which you need to make a card more often?? I just love her all dolled up in her party dress! I created a buttercream and sugary frosting with the help of a Quckie Glue pen and some Glitzy Glitter.

This set is loaded with sentiments and tonight I did a little mixy match with one on the front and a second on the inside.

You also have so many options to "personalize" your cake... the set includes an individual candle, a set of candles, and then all these fun number candles.

The set also includes additional layers of cake in case you want to build additional stacks, use them on the inside of the card, or decorate a coordinating envelope! Who's that Birthday Girl is now available HERE the MFT store.

Now, remember that while you're hopping along tonight, one of us is a blog candy holder (a $15 gift certificate to MFT) but of course, the keeper of the candy is a secret. So, be sure to leave comments along the way, so that you increase your chances of winning!

The next stop on our Shop Hop tonight is sweet Frances!! I'll race you over there to see what she's got cooked up for us tonight!

I love houndstooth. I got a double breasted navy blue houndstooth check suit for easter when I was in 5th grade and I've never forgotten that suit. I loved it. I bet it would still be in style if were anywhere to be found. enough about me...
