Playing with Peerless

Did you know that My Favorite Things has a tutorial every Wednesday? Its the "How'd They Do That" (HDTD) and last week's focused on Peerless Watercolors.  I'll admit that I've had mine a while, but for whatever reason, I was totally intimidated by them. Which, as it turns out, is just silly, because really, they're SO easy and SO fun to work with.

I used the MFT Perfect Pallette to drag out the colors to be able to pick varying depths of tones.  That little tool is also uber handy for mixing together various paints on the palette to blend new shades.

This fun stamp set is "Funky Flowers" illustrated by Sara Williams for MFT Presents.  You can mix and match different blooms, stems and vases to create your own combination.

Be sure to hop on over to the Splitcoast Stampers Member Company forum for MFT and check out all the amazing tutorials.   This week, Christina has done one about getting "out of the box" which has the added benefit of also being a preview for a cute new set coming out next week!
