Welcome back to another day of Release Countdown activities for My Favorite Things. Today I have an adorable Doodle Garden image to share with you.
I think these oversized images are just spectacular for coloring techniques, lots of room for brush strokes, and blending and shading. I've done a little watercoloring again today. This image was painted with a mixture of both my Holtz Distress Markers and my Prismacolor Watercolor Pencils. Mixing the two gives me a difference in both the variety of colors available to me, and the watercolor pencils give it a soft texture too.
I've used a larger size of the Pierced Oval STAX and the Oval STAX Set 1 than I'd used yesterday. I've also used the new Chevron Cover Up for a quick cardfront.
The Sno Cone and Kraft color combination is a wintry soft favorite for me. Though I will admit to being terrified that one of these days I'm going to wake to a dusting of snow in my backyard. I'm not ready for winter.
This cool girl was given a soft fuzzy trim to her hat and coat with Liquid Applique and the snowball was coated in clear glass glitter.
We're previewing new release items through Tuesday November 12th, all the new goodies will be available at 10pm EST on 11/12.
