I'm sort of in love with today's card my friends! I hope you get a kick out of it. The Smart Phone Die-namics and the Friend Request stamp set are just SO very me. This is my card for this week's Deconstructed Sketch, it's a really fun sketch this week.
I cut the main panel using my Blueprints 1 Die-namics, I've been in quite the habit of doing it that way lately because it keeps everything SO smooth and even. The edges were lightly inked with a bit of Distress Ink.
The Smart Phone "case" was cut from Electric Red and the phone was cut from Sweet Tooth. I used the Typewriter Text background stamp using Grout Gray ink. I used the "official friend request" sentiment with Blu Raspberry ink and it's cut out with Circle STAX. How cute are the little thought bubble sentiments? Love them!
The three stripes on the bottom right hand corner were cut with the stitched strip included in the Blueprints 1 Die-namics. I love the fresh and clean look of this color combination and all that open space! Who knew I'd love to love a clean and simple card?
Be sure to head over to the Deconstructed Sketch and submit your version of this week's sketch.
Now that you've had a look at the sketch, I hope you'll head over and visit all the girls on the Deconstructed Sketch Team.
