Taylored Expressions Black Friday Blog Hop

Oh my goodness! Was I ever so excited that Taylor invited me to join along in today's Black Friday Blog hop featuring her amazing "Perfect Package." This fun little box arrives flat, and with a quick fold, voila - a handy little gift box. I of course, filled mine with a set of handmade cards, but you could tuck any number of small gift items inside.

Since I wanted the box to be a keepsake item, I had the idea to place my little sweetheart inside a shake-it box, and it is filled with chunky glass glitter for a snowy scene. You'll see Taylor's Tiny Twinkles adorn the spot just between each of the scallops, how sweet are they?

Once the recipient uses the cards, they'll have a little box to store mementos, or simply use as a decorative item. I always keep a little box filled with each years incoming Christmas cards. My boys LOVE reading them all night after night.

The Perfect Package was quick and easy to alter, I covered mine inside and out with my new favorite paper from K&Co. I added lots of stitching, and sponging. For me, Scor Tape makes that job quick and easy! The box has a handy magnetic self closure which holds your goodies safely inside. (love that!)
