My Favorite Things: Teaser Time Begins

It's time for us to start teasing and temping you with the newest goodies from My Favorite Things.  

Before I get to the cards I've prepared for you today, here are the details about the upcoming release:

Okay, now it's time to take a peek at samples.....Today I've got a little something prepared with two of our newest stamp sets.  Let's start first with the newest Who's That Girl: Fairy Wings.  I'll warn you, I've been obsessed with painting with my Distress Markers lately.  I went for a blue fairy look and added gloss to her wings with my new Viva pen. I added the tiny sentiment "wish" to the very smallest of the Traditional Tags STAX.

By the way, you'll spy the newest color of MFT Cardstock, Ribbon and Buttons that will join the lineup with our September Release.  Steel Grey. It's absolutely perfect when you want a nice weighty neutral, but black is a bit too much.  I see myself using this one a *lot*.  I'm using Steel Grey for my base, matting and embellishments today.

The set is just loaded with fun sentiments, so I went ahead and finished off the inside of the card too....

My second card is a clean and simple card, using the new Primitive Pumpkins Die-namics and Stamp Set. It's next in the lineup of Lisa Johnson Designs for My Favorite Things. 

Today I've paired the tinest of pumpkins with the new Picket Fence Die-namics, and added a bit of the Fresh Cut Grass in green felt.  The tiny sentiment "Trick or Treat" fits just perfectly to the Mini-Tabs Foursome. (Gosh I love scene building....)
