Good morning! I hope you all had a fabulous weekend and that you got some fun crafty time. I got to spend my day yesterday hanging out with my friend Cindy for the Intermediate Copic certification. It was a great day and I had a total blast learning some new techniques.
I'll admit though, I had a bit of a cramp in my hand after hours and hours of coloring. So instead of reaching for my markers, I had fun putting together a sample for this week's CR84FN challenge using stamps, paper and Die-namics.
Today's my dad's birthday, and what does the guy who has it all want? Video games. *giggle* I love when I call to catch up and he's busy practicing for a zombie apocalypse. He'll be all ready to protect us all if and when it goes bad. HA! So I put my Masculine Graphic Tee Die-namics and stamps to work paired with oh-so-loved Fishtail Flags STAX. I used the "Game On" sentiment, adding a sarcastic little "grandpa" on just below.
I cut my graphic tee from Whip Cream Cardstock, and gave it a light coating of Distress Ink so that it looks like a well worn vintage t. I love using Brilliance Ink for a nice solid coverage on the sentiment, it takes a little longer to dry, but its well worth the extra drying time.
I love the fresh and clean colors in this weeks CR84FN challenge, be sure to visit their blog to see samples from the team.
You'll find links to all the products I've used today in the links below. Thanks for stopping by today and have a GREAT day!
