It's Time for Tags

I have a few more tags to share with you. I'm down to one last present to buy... and I've made a good dent in the wrapping that needs to be done.

Today I've got tags for my parents gifts, which just leaves me with a few more custom tags to make.  I'm so glad that Jack didn't let me buy them at Target, I'm finding it's a nice reason to get to my craft table and for me, that's the most relaxing thing in the world.... Goodness knows I've got loads of stamps and Die-namics from MFT To put to use.

Up first is my girly one for my mom.  I've added the links to the products I've used just below.....The base is made with the Decorative Circle Tag STAX.

I adore the new Winter Rose Die-namics.  I've cut it from Wild Cherry cardstock and then painted with my new Tattered Angels Glimmer paint.  I love how it is glossy and sparkly too. I've added a set of corrugated cardboard Royal Leaves and finished off with a Natural Button tied with Hemp Cord. The "to" is plucked from Seasonal Sentiments and the name site on a Fishtail Flag STAX.

My tag for my dad was cut with the Traditional Tags STAX from corrugated cardboard.  I'm using the new Jumbo Snowflake.  I've cut it from Whip Cream felt and backed it with a Whip Cream cardstock so it isn't so floppy.  I stamped "dad" with the Typewriter Alphabet and added it to a tiny Fishtail Flags STAX.  I've tucked in a length of Black Licorice Grosgrain Ribbon.

Today we're off to take the boys to see The Hobbit.  It's a squajillion hours long, so I hope it's great!  Goodness knows I could be home having a wrap-a-palooza for the afternoon!

Here are the links to the products I've used today, thanks for stopping by and good luck finishing up!!

Super cute tags Joanne. I love the new flower dies! I have all homemade tags on my gifts as well and all presents are wrapped in different wrapping paper. I have hoarded wrapping paper longer than I have papercrafting supplies. :)

Hugs~
