The winners will be chosen at random and the prizes will be sent out on December 13. One prize will be given away from each of the designers' blogs, as well as one from the MFT Blog. Ready? Set. Comment!
This adorable image is from Wendy Burns titled Best Friends. Isn't it so cuuute? When I saw this week's Mojo Monday sketch I knew right away that I wanted to use this new tiny little puppy. Okay, maybe I'm dog obsessed lately, but this is such a fun set!
The card base is made from Gumdrop Green card stock which was overstamped with the coordinating ink using none other than the Typewriter Text Background. The image was Die-cut with the Stitched Circle STAX, (By the way, I predict those to be a big hit this release so I'd recommend snatching them up while they last!) My little embellishment trio was made with the new tiny heart and circle embellishment included in the Blueprints 10.
Up next, I've used the sweet doggie paired with the character stamp in this set. I did a little masking and while the mask was in place, I stamped on the
little coat for our puppy friend. (Dart has a coat that looks exactly
like this by the way.) The entire image was then watercolored with my
Distress Markers.

As you might have noticed, I'm fairly obsessed with the new Typewriter Text Background Stamp.
It was the perfect addition to add *some* detail to my cardfront without detracting from the watercolored image. It's crazy hard to see in this photo, but I promise it's there!
The new rubber background stamps are 5.75 inches square and can be used
to cover an entire A2 cardfront either vertically or horizontally. On this card, I've inked the background using Electric Red ink to Electric Red card stock.
You'll see that I couldn't resist adding a snippet of the Woodgrain Background - this time I added Whip Cream ink to Black Licorice card stock. See, go ahead and collect all those backgrounds, they're fabulous and pair together just perfectly!
The tiny charms that are included in this Blueprints 10 are so sweet and make for a great clean and simple card on their own, or fun little embellishments. Gotta love MFT versatility! Oh, and by the way, I love these rounded panels for quick card layering, this main panel is a really sweet size that you could pair with any number of your MFT Stamps!
Before I move onto my next card for tonight, how about some snow-puppy photos. You'll see why I love this little doggy-in-a-coat stamp. Our dog Dart joined us this summer from Louisiana, I'm not sure he's ever had a chance to go for a walk in the snow before. The amount of snow we've had today is just perfect, just a pretty little dusting that looks nice in the yard and on the trees. No shoveling required.
My next card uses the adorable little Pure Innocence: Wish You Were Here. The Typewriter Text Background was added with Fuse Green ink to Fuse Green card stock. The little corner embellishement is one of the Photo Corners which has been adorned with a tiny Fuse Green Button.
Have fun experimenting with these tone on tone combinations using the assorted MFT Card Stocks and Inks, this pairing has a bit more contrast than my previous card.
The inside of my card was quick to finish off using scraps from the front and one of the sweet little sentiments included in this set. Since I'd already cut the Photo Corners, I added another to the inside as well. Adding the sentiment on the inside is a great trick when you're struggling with how to fit a larger sentiment into your design.
That's it from me tonight, I do hope you'll join me over in the MFT Boutique for some shopping, and that you'll leave a little love for all of the designers participating in tonight's New Product Launch!
See you a little later this week for the Release Rewind - can't wait to continue playing with all of our new release goodies, there are so many amazing products this month, I've barely made a dent!
