For the Love of Office Supplies!

We are getting SO close to the new release from My Favorite Things. Today I've got two cards to share with you and I had a blast making them.

Lots of office themed products and I must say I get super excited about a good office supply binge.

Do you love back to school shopping, I do. Colored notebooks, new highlighters, fun erasers.

Turns out that office themed crafting is just as big of a thrill!  

For my first card, I'm showing you a peek at the new File Folders Die-namics. This is this month's Free with Sixty and it's HUGELY versatile.  You can add file tab elements, or you can cut on either end of a piece of cardstock and score in the middle to make an actual file folder.  Love!

I filled my folder with scraps of paper stamped with various MFT Backgrounds, the new Notebook Paper, the Typewriter Text and the Grid Background.

The Grid Background was also stamped to Gumdrop Green Card Stock using Sour Apple Ink.  Then I crumpled and distressed all the edges and backed with a bit of Steel Grey Card Stock. 

This month MFT is also releasing the At the Office Stamp set and the Office Supplies Die-namics. That tiny paperclip is made from card stock. LOVE!  The tiny clip on the side is the perfect size for the word "Memo" in the companion stamp set.

Here's another quick card made with the Office Supplies Die-namics and At the Office.  The Office Supplies can be used to create this adorable Clipboard.  I paired it with the Notebook Paper background stamp. I love these collage style elements, this was a blast to make!  Mixing all the colors of MFT Hybrid ink and the beautiful selection of MFT Card Stocks make this a lot of fun!


My background was created with the Stripes Cover-Up cut from Sno Cone card stock layered over a bit of Orange Fizz card stock.  The very bottom piece is covered with one of the Horizontal Stitched Strips from last month's release.
