This Thursday night, I'll be holding my "Fun Folds" class and this week, I'll be posting a few of the samples we'll be making.
The first card we'll make is this quick and easy tent topper. These were initially designed by Michelle Wooderson at Mish Mash and I just love them.
This layout would also work well with the scalloped punches with faux eyelets, or with the large flower from Doodle This. But you know me, I love the big blooms!
The only real trick to these is to make sure to lay the card on top of an envelope as you assemble it so that you're sure not to make it too tall to fit inside the envelope.
All of the cards I've selected for this class use designer paper, but what I love is that with each one, you don't need a whole LOT of designer paper to complete the card. I was able to use just a few sheets for an entire class of 12 people! How great is that! So, if you're a paper hoarder like me, you can use the paper to make cards without panicking that you've dug too deeply into the stash!
Have a wonderful day everyone!
