Triple Candy!

As promised, its blog candy time! My poor blog has been neglected the past two weeks. I've been in mass production mode on several projects and haven't had time to write much, or make anything new! It makes me CRABBY not to have time to play with all my stuff.

However, to thank all of you that drop by to see what I'm off to, and to some of my favorite visitors that always pop in to leave me a little note, I'm offering up three little blog candy prizes.

The first is a set of four Kolette Hall stamps from Michael's Dollar Spot.

The second and third packages are assortments of paper from my "stash"

I will collect entries till Thursday night at 8pm. Here's all you have to do to enter. Tell me your most favorite memory of this summer. I mean really, can you believe that it is nearly Labor Day? Lots of my friends have their children beginning kindergarten tomorrow morning. I feel like they JUST got out of school.

At 8pm Thursday night, random.org will select three winners!

Thanks for dropping by, and I hope to have some NEW stuff to show you soon.

My favorite memory for this summer will have to be staying at the RV park in Richland, Washington so we could watch our 13 year old compete in a softball tournament (and we won!) Great time in the pool, eating at the picnic table, and watching softball nearby.

Hi There!

I'd have to say my favorite memory is my black lab, Ebony, having her 1st liter of puppies. Then having to take care of her puppies until they were old enough to leave her at 8 weeks. Our house was full to say the least because I also have a chocolate lab, Cocoa, who is 9 1/2 years old.

Thanks for the blog candy giveaway!

My favorite memory this summer is celebrating my daughter's first birthday. I got teary eyed when I realized she was too big for me to cradle in my arms like a newborn! Celebrating 1 was a big milestone and THE highlight of my summer.

Best memory of the summer...gosh there are two that I am fond of:
1) Spending the evening with our neighbors who just returned from France after being gone for more than a year.
2) Sharing the garden harvest that my hubby carefully tended to (this being his first year to have a veggie garden), with co-workers who were ecstatic to have 'home grown' in their possession!

My favorite memory was when I finally (after being completly housebound for weeks) managed to go out to eat pizza and go to the cinema with my younger brother. The movie (Death Proof) was great and it was nice doing something with my brother since he lives so far away. And I love each time I am able to "beat" my illness enough to go outside!

This summer, we rented a lake house for a week's vacation. The best memory is standing in ankle deep cold lake water teaching my 3 1/2 year old son how to skip rocks. (he got 3 skips one time!)
Thanks for sharing great candy!

My favorite memory from this summer would be watching my son (19 months next week) eat a slice of watermelon. The joy of watching him chow down was wonderful and reminded me of when I was little :)

Howdy! My fav memory from this summer was the day school got out for my girls. We packed everyone up and headed for our river house. The summer was still laid out before us and the fun was just beginning. Can I go back in time please?
Thanks,

The moments that stand out most to me are the days at the lake with the grandkids. In fact that's where I was today. Those darn bees sure have a way of spoiling the fun of a picnic lunch however:)

I attended my 40th high school reunion in a small-ish NE Oregon town. How can you not have fun reconnecting with friends, riding on a float in the county fair parade, and even having breakfast the last morning at the truck stop??? I wouldn't dream of missing one of them.

This is going to sound weird, but here goes. I had cataract surgery this summer (I'm only 36!) and the day after, when I woke up with clear vision in one eye, I was astounded. Colors were more vibrant and the details in things amazed me. I had the second surgery 2 weeks later and now I see better than I ever have!

My favorite memory of this summer has to be the look on my daughters' faces when we walked into the Magic Kingdom at Disney World for the first time. Watching them stare at that castle with their eyes wide and jaws dropped was just priceless.

Hi Joanne - my favorite memory is going to the county fair with my son and my husband. My son is getting more adventurous and went on a ton of the kiddie rides all by himself.
