Kick Up Your Heels - Its Party Time!

I'm so excited to be able to share a little preview of one of the new Gina K sets - five new stamp sets, four single stamps, and new bling and dazzle to boot -- all of which will be releasing this coming Tuesday the 20th!

This set "Jumping for Joy" was illustrated by my friend Melanie. Its funny because last week we were in Phoenix and I was admiring the beautiful zebras at the zoo thinking "I sure hope Mel is adding a zebra to the Hippy's and Hoppy's" sure enough, I returned home to find this cutie pie in my mail delivery.
I inked the zebra first in versamark, then inked over that with basic black classic ink (a trick that one of YOU showed me, so thanks!) then stamped the image to the page and coated it with clear embossing powder and heat gunned it. It makes the black really pop - and that was it!

The slider you see here is from Nestabilities Shapeabilities collection. I saw these babies at CHA and just adored them. There are three shapes in the collection, and they are slider dies, I just tucked one corner on the inside and attached the ribbon - and that FUN new embellie from Gina K on the opposite side.

The patterned paper I used is SEI's Dill Blossom andI used River Rock and True Thyme cardstock from Stampin Up for my neutral accents.
