Today's challenge, to use "Rain or Shine" with a little bling, is hosted by Laura and Toni, and I hope you'll come play! This is the most popular MFT image to date, and I'd have to agree, it is one of my very favorites.
Who's that girl, and her little dog too, is colored with my reinkers onto watercolor paper with an aquapainter All the designer paper is Sweet Bella Rose collection from Stampin Up and all the panels were sewn together with my Janome sew mini.
